Based on the children's novels of the same name by Frauke Nahrgang, the film tells of Moritz, who moves to another city to his grumpy grandfather after his parents separated with his mother. He doesn't have an easy start at school, and he is also rejected by the only football club in the city. So the football enthusiast Moritz decides to start his own team without further ado - because a life without football is inconceivable for him. Moritz makes his team clear at the break yard: The cool gang consists of Catrina, who can sink every penalty, Niko and the cool brothers Mehmet and Enes. Grandfather Rudi takes over the job of the coach. Thus, the "devil's kickers" mix up the soccer fields of the city and experience a lot of funny adventures. However, the biggest challenge awaits them: In a big duel, to which Moritz' divided parents also come, the kickers have to compete against another top team. (
