The clammy suburban club SV Fortuna Dortmund fights against relegation in the Kreisliga C and a greedy speculator wants to build a gravel parking lot on the club premises. The investor Dr. Dr. von Schwertner tries to break the club's resistance by blackmailing placekeeper Walter Milbe and kidnapping his daughter Samantha.
