Summer of 1956. Dezső Rigó is the most powerful boss in the rural town during the training of the county commissioner in Pest, who is ready for everything to keep the football team in NB II. After one match, he beats the referee to death in anger. Balla, a journalist imprisoned for political reasons, writes the truth, and although the article does not appear, Thrush takes Balla away. He'd also silence Bumblebee, who witnessed the murder. In the end, two people die, Balla is declared insane, Ballane and his son are kicked out of their apartment.
