Title Flying Pigs
Original Title Skrzydlate swinie
Description A film about die-hard fans of football clubs, or in fact the so-called ultras in an extreme scene, for which more than the result of the match counts cheering their own team and it is very widely understood by them. The activities of organized groups that cheer their players, both at home and away, are often out of control. Hordes of such pseudofans attack supporters of opposing teams, causing brawls to the death, causing cold and bloody clashes with the police. The biggest splendor for them is to get the colors of their opponents, so they will go as a last resort to pin theirs. This "male" film was directed by a woman, Anna Kazejak, co-author of "Ode to Joy", about young people standing at the threshold of adult life, trying to become self-relied and stabilized. Everyone faces the same problems: a lack of money, an inability to agree with their loved ones, a gap between ideas and reality. It is no different in "Winged Pigs" that the director, her characters dream of a better future, are looking for an idea for life and some kind of earnings. In fact, they are loyal to their loved ones, but they do not find common language with them, having a false idea of honor and traditions. Losing their passion for football, they easily cross the fine line between good and evil. The heroes live in the small town of Grodzisk Wielkopolski near Poznań. They share a love of football and the local Blacks football team. For them, only colors, honor and tradition count. Whoever will be in power will face severe punishment, regardless of circumstances or intentions. This will be experienced by 35-year-old Oskar Nowacki, a devoted supporter of the local football team. Although the Blacks have never been in the league, for him and his friends they are the best, they have become the content of his life. He cheers the team with applause and cheers before each match, along with a group of football enthusiasts like his ten-year-old brother Mariusz, his girlfriend Basia, a buddy named Moher and others. A football stadium during league matches is the only place where a young person can feel like someone where he can express his emotions, love the ball, test himself in warming up to fight his team. At the next match, the ultras give their best, but their Blacks lose to Stala Bydgoszcz and fall to the Second Division. When the referee announces the end of the match, there is a regular battle, because now it is the most important revenge on the opponent and taking away his colors. A hated Oscar forgets his girlfriend, who is about to give birth. Fortunately, Alina is brought to the hospital in time by Oscar's father and without major complications, little Franek comes into the world. The newly minted father is proud of his son, he would like to create a better life for him. Then the news breaks that the local club has debts, which means that the Blacks will cease to exist. This is a real blow to all the team's supporters. Doubly distraught are brothers Mariusz and Oskar, who trade in deviants who have a traffic accident. They lose not only the beloved club, but also all the goods for which you have to pay. Oskar remembers a business card given to him by a stranger during the match. It turns out that the president of a large fittings company, Krzysztof Dzikowski, has his own football team and wants to buy an ultras leader to warm up his own players. Initially, Oskar rejects the offer, but Alina and her mother insist that he accept a well-paid job. When the black bass fan, Mariusz's girlfriend, decides to seize the opportunity and reports to Dzikowski, Oskar joins her. Together they organize doping for the hostile club SkyTech. Revenge of betrayed colleagues from the package will turn out to be very painful. [TVP] (https://filmpolski.pl/fp/index.php?film=1224415)
