Ville Bom is the owner of a dance and boxing institute and lives a fairly extensive life. He lives with Mrs. Jansson in Söder, and this lady, together with a couple of neighbors - Mrs. Andersson and Rosenblad - have some problems with Ville's nightlife. Kolingen, Dompan and Kalle Bakom live on the same street. These gentlemen become one day fiercely indignant when they discover that Ville is flirting with the neighborhood's darling, the beautiful Gullan Storm. They decide to give the seducer a hard time. However, Ville managed to avert fights by inviting his opponents along with all the curious bystanders to a carnival party at his institute. The party is successful and hilarious, everyone becomes friends and Ville and Gullan get each other - as well as Dompan and widow Andersson. (Processing of program sheets)
