The 24-year-old boxer, Nick, wants to get away from the grey suburbs where he shares a flat with his childhood friend, Palle. The opportunity arises when Nick gets the chance to box his way to a professional contract in Hamburg. But while he is training for the big fight, he discovers that Palle has serious problems: he owes money to the local gangsters. They threaten his life, because he cannot pay them back. With his eager trainer on one side and a desperate Palle on the other, Nick is forced to choose between his best friend and the dream to get out. (dfi.dk)
